• Wellness contribution: Aleido provides an annual wellness contribution to enable employees to participate in health-promoting activities from physical fitness activities, to purchasing fitness equipment to family days out
• Medical cash plan and discount portal: Employees at Aleido are enrolled into the Medical cash plan which includes access to an Employee Assistance Programme, as well as access to a retail discount portal when they join us
• Local wellbeing events: We run events in line with our events and wellbeing calendar to promote local and national initiatives, from bake sales to pumpkin carving to employee appreciation initiatives.

Our learning culture helps us break new grounds, by encouraging people to develop new skills, share insights and embrace continuous learning. Learning is more than taking a course occasionally. It’s ongoing and needs to be adapted to each individual and situation. That’s why we work with it in several ways. Curious? Here are some examples:

• Contribution & development dialogues: We have a process for the dialogue betweenyou, the employee, and managers about development. This is your chance to communicate your ambitions and learning needs, and your manager can find ways to support you.
• LEAP (Learning Aleido Platform) is our learning platform which is your go-to place for all learning activities. Here, you can find custom-built digital courses, attend recorded webinars, or sign up for face-to-face workshops.
• Skills Development Days: We arrange seminars and workshops in areas that are of extra importance to us. It’s an opportunity for everyone to develop in our key areas and learn together with people from all over the organisation.
  
• Competence sharing – In several of our competence areas, we utilise networks to share experiences and best practices. These networks are the place to go when you have a quick question you want help with, or when you have a topic for discussion.
  

Within Aleido we have a number of key competence groups. Our core roles are those of Technical Authors and Technical Illustrators, supported by our Project Management Office roles, and Subject Matter Experts.
